**Job Title:** Manufacturing Associate Temp to Perm
**Location:** New Britain, CT
**Shift:** 1st Shift (Full-Time)
**Pay:** $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated **Manufacturing Associate** to join our 1st shift team in New Britain. This is a hands-on role supporting various areas of the production process. The ideal candidate is flexible, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in day-to-day production tasks including assembly, packaging, and labeling
+ Support machine operators with setup, operation, and basic maintenance
+ Handle materials and supplies, including stocking and staging for production lines
+ Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines
+ Cross-train in various departments to support production flow and team needs
+ Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals and deadlines
+ Assist with other general labor or warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities
+ Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
