    We are searching for an **Onsite Customer Service Specialist with AR/AP skills** . We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team in a dual role supporting both **customer service and basic accounting functions** . You will be working onsite in Mechanic Falls, Maine.

    Position Summary:

    This full-time position is split evenly between two key responsibilities:

    + **Customer Service:** handling incoming calls and emails, entering documents, and supporting general office communication.

    + **Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP):** processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

    + Enter and manage customer orders and documentation

    + Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

    AR/AP

    + Process vendor invoices

    + Reconcile statements and maintain accurate financial records

    + Support month-end closing and reporting

    + Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues

    Qualifications:

    + **Required:** Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and AR/AP

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage time across two functional areas

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

    Schedule:

    + Monday through Friday, full-time (40 hours/week)

    + Daytime hours only

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
