Adecco is currently hiring an Equipment Support Specialist in the Wayne, NJ area for an exciting opportunity supporting a local client, a leader in high-speed imaging technology.

This position focuses on managing and coordinating demo and loaner camera equipment to support sales activities, customer trials, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in the equipment lifecycle, ensuring seamless logistics, top-tier customer support, and operational excellence to maintain Vision Research’s reputation for service and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and maintain demo, rental, and loaner camera equipment inventory.

+ Coordinate logistics for demo and loaner gear to support both direct and indirect sales channels.

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and Shipping to ensure timely delivery and support.

+ Schedule equipment availability and track its usage across multiple departments.

+ Support RMAs and service coordination efforts in line with customer expectations and internal standards.

+ Contribute to ongoing process improvements and service initiatives.

+ Provide excellent support and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding product status and logistics.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum of 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or high-end product environment.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

+ Demonstrated customer service focus with the ability to manage expectations and represent the brand professionally.

+ Experience with equipment scheduling, tracking, and availability management.

+ Ability to collaborate with various departments and contribute to overall service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience supporting technical products or equipment (e.g., cameras, imaging, AV tech, or engineering tools).

+ Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

+ Experience in logistics or operations within a sales support or customer success environment.

**Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
