Advertising/Posting Title Internal Communications Specialist

Posting Summary

Provide comprehensive development and production support for all digital news publications and emergent email communications sent from Strategic Communications or university leadership to campus constituent groups: students, faculty, staff, undergraduate families. Coordinate digital resources for a network of digital display screens located across campus. Manage onboarding of new participants, document and maintain training materials.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

+ Skilled writer and editor

+ Experience with CRM systems (Slate, etc.)

+ Experience managing databases and lists for emails/mails

+ Adept with technology and learning new technology

+ Adept at managing and editing graphics, resizing and editing images

+ Organized, systems thinking

+ Project management

+ Able to manage sensitive information with discretion

+ Skilled with MS Office platform (Word, Excel, Teams)

Desirable Qualifications

Anticipated Pay Range 68,000-75,000

Other Information

Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Background Check required for this position
