    Summary This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resiliency and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Responsibilities Performs "Hands-on" supervision of the restaurant. Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities; assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events. Keeps an operational log while on duty; opens and closes the facility and performs fire and security checks Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess the following: A minimum of (6) six months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or as a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member, AND good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will NOT be paid.
