General Summary
This position’s primary responsibilities are to manage regional and corporate tradeshows.
Essential Job Functions
+ Manage coordination and logistic for corporate and regional trade shows and special events. This may include coordination of literature, consumables, hotel room blocks, show registration, restaurant reservations, shipping of devices, manage on-site set-up and dismantling of the exhibit; and planning and coordinating the routing of exhibits shipped for the trade show portfolio and communicate needs to appropriate vendors and in-house departments to maintain ease of operations.
+ Provide post-show summary and manage leads collected at each trade show.
+ Contribute to and support the tradeshow promotional plans intended to maximize company exposure and drive demand generation.
+ Work closely with marketing team to establish event and sponsored workshop at tradeshows.
+ Be able to provide analytical KPIs for programs executed.
+ Manage preparation for pre-show meetings and on-site educational program to ensure staff is knowledgeable of all offerings and Candela presence.
+ Manage and track all regional and corp. tradeshow budgets.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook .
+ High level of skill navigating the Web and Digital Media.
+ Excellent communications skills, experience in digital media and proficiency in a second language a plus.
+ Minimum three years’ experience of event coordination required
