    Maintenance Storeroom Clerk - Winston Salem Manufacturing

     

    Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2pm to 10pm

    Summary:

    The Maintenance Storeroom Clerk is responsible for inventory control and inventory tracking using the computer system and physical inventory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    * Physically receives all ordered materials.

    * Restocks and maintains accurate levels of inventory.

    * Responsible for physically locating and retrieving parts and materials.

    * Responsible for issuing parts and materials to work orders via JD Edwards Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

    * Responsible for data entry using CMMS.

    * Performs cycle counts, adjusts inventory and has general knowledge of the financial impact.

    * Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

    * Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    * Overtime is required.

    * Perform other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    * High school diploma or GED minimum.

    * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient Microsoft Office computer skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

    * Must be proficient in data entry with a minimum of 40 wpm.

    * Must have good organizational, communication and teamwork skills.

    * Must have a valid driver\u2019s license and must obtain in-house forklift license.

    * Must move/pick up parts for stocking.
