As a **Senior Technical Project Manager** here at Honeywell, you will lead complex projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our advanced technology solutions. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that enhance our product offerings and contribute to the success of our business. You will report directly to our **Engineering Program Manager,** and you’ll work out of our **Richardson, TX** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution of advanced projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration among teams and driving project success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt.

•Estimation development and analysis

•Metric development/reporting

•Risk/OPP development and management

•Project Performance

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

•5+ years of experience technical project management both hardware and software with PMP certification

•Experience working with cross-functional internal resources (sales, marketing, testing, manufacturing, quality, purchasing) as they relate to the project or product
