As a Sr. Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing photolithography aspects of semiconductor manufacturing. Leveraging your extensive background in semiconductor lithography fabrication processes, you will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards.
You will report directly to our Fab Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Plymouth MN location on an on-site schedule.
In this role, you will impact the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards. You will help define specifications, develop processing techniques and methods applied to the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors and other silicon based micro-fabricated devices. You will assist in the design of the manufacturing engineering process, and determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in and lead project teams.
• Facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and procedures to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Sustain existing processes, looking for and implementing improvements for cost, cycle time, and other metrics.
• Be primary point of engineering contact for assigned process equipment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $133,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

+ Provide dynamic leadership to crossfunctional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate diverse perspectives into cohesive strategies
+ Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team
+ Foster ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement within the team
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
+ 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
+ Strong knowledge of semiconductor micro-lithography processes.
+ USG Secret security clearance in good standing, or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance [non-citizens are ineligible for clearance]
WE VALUE
+ Master's Degree in a relevant technical discipline
+ Extensive experience in photolithography engineering, specifically 248mm & 193nm dry processes
+ Experience with process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
+ Ability to see the big picture as well as the fine details and be able to translate from one to the other.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both receiving and giving information in a concise, precise, and effective way.
+ Experience with six sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.
