• Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 1

    As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods and materials within the organization, supporting our operational and production needs.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our shipping and receiving processes, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations. You will ensure that all shipments are properly documented, tracked, and delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

    • Unload and store materials in designated areas

    • Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues

    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

    Key Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries

    + Maintain a well-organized warehouse

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 1 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment

    + Experience with inventory management systems

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
