    As a **Senior Advanced Systems Engineer** here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced systems that enhance our aerospace solutions. You will report directly to our Senior Engineering Manager **,** and you’ll work out of our **Phoenix, AZ** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of advanced systems engineering processes, ensuring that our aerospace products meet rigorous performance and safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for requirement analysis, compliance analysis, be part of the certification tasks, verification, and validation of systems requirements to meet certification needs for the platform.     YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

    • 10+ years of Embedded Systems experience

    WE VALUE

    + Advanced Knowledge in systems development lifecycle and experience with computing Platforms, Input/Output functions and SW/HW interfaces

    + Knowledge of avionics products and their development lifecycle and compliance analyses and certification aspects

    + Experience developing avionics systems requirements and utilization of requirements management tools such as DOORS/DOORSNG.

    + Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

    + Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
