    JOIN THE TEAM! We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Officer to work in for a very known retail brand in Cerritos Mall.

     

    It is the best time to become a Metro One Security Team Member who will be the representative and work for our clients in the retail industry.

     

    $27/HR - LPO- Full Time Schedule: WEDS - SAT: 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM

     

    We promote from within upon new contracts or positions as they become available.

    DRESS CODE

    Suit and tie position, uniforms will be provided by Metro One.

    ON THE JOB:

    + Undertake the surveillance of client's premises

    + Detect any suspicious behavior and preventing trespasses, vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior

    + Provide excellent customer service skills, communications skills, writing skills, de-escalation skills.

    + Possess high level of observation, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

    + Provide rapid response in critical situations.

    TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:

    + Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service

    + High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness

    + Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation

    + Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength

    + Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Active California Guard Card

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    + Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position

    + Have a solid/stable work history

    + Drug Testing and Background screening required
