Job Title: Production Technician I

Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Compensation: $21-$23 an hour depending on experience

Type: 6+ Month Contract (Possible Contract-to-Hire)

Overview

Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality products in a GMP-regulated environment. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a Production Technician I to support daily production operations on-site. Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor production lines, ensuring adherence to established production and safety standards.

+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production areas to remain in compliance with GMP and SOP regulations.

+ Document production data accurately in forms, reports, logs, and batch records.

+ Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and assist with repairs and maintenance as needed.

+ Maintain safety equipment and conduct regular safety checks and environmental testing.

+ Work closely with team leads and supervisors to identify process improvements and support continuous operations.

+ Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing provided PPE including gloves and goggles.

Requirements

+ Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Experience working on a production line

+ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) environments

+ Ability to maintain documentation with attention to detail

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production systems

+ Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards
