Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will conduct research on advertising trends and competitors’ marketing strategies and products. You will decide on the appropriate placement of ads and determine what content will best reach our customers. Your role involves developing projects to create engaging content and publishing digital marketing material online. You will implement email marketing campaigns through CRM and measure digital traffic, while monitoring social media and Google Analytics to optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools. You will report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders and scale campaigns to maximize ROI. Additionally, you will monitor project status and budget, conduct market research to inform campaigns, brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests, update website pictures and text as needed, make electronic and print brochures, and take pictures of manufactured equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and manage 2 to 5 tradeshows per year.

+ Write and distribute press releases approximately every other month.

+ Design and procure promotional items.

+ Manage and coordinate with website design, hosts, and other service providers.

+ Develop strategies to market to subsegments of our markets.

+ Handle special projects as needed.

+ Travel to tradeshows.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in social media platforms.

+ Experience in marketing strategy development.

+ Expertise in Google Analytics.

+ Strong skills in marketing campaign management.

+ Vendor management experience.

+ Trade show coordination and management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3-5 years of experience in marketing for a specific company or product line.

+ 1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics.

Work Environment

This role is onsite in Rosehill, KS, and requires travel to 2-3 tradeshows per year. You will manage outside agencies that provide marketing materials if necessary. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
