    Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

    Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 (10% bonus)

    A highly reputable healthcare organization is looking for an Accounts receivable Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to Accounts receivable analysis, generating reports in relation to the organizations revenue, bi reporting, working through complex spreadsheets, and much more!

    Job Description:

    + Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.

    + Analyze revenue trends, payer performance, and reimbursement variances.

    + Reconcile payments, denials, and adjustments across multiple payers and systems.

    + Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to resolve discrepancies and improve revenue capture.

    + Prepare monthly AR and revenue reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.

    + Assist in month-end close processes, including revenue recognition and journal entries.

    + Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and analysis.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the revenue cycle.

    + Stay current on healthcare billing regulations, payer policies, and industry best practices.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 2-4 years experience as a AR/Financial Analyst in the Healthcare industry

    + Experience preparing and posting journal entries

    + Revenue recognition experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
