Pricing Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the main point of contact for pricing on cost and price proposals.

+ Collaborate with Business Development and Project Managers to develop proposal budgets.

+ Analyze RFPs and related documents to extract key financial requirements.

+ Build and update budget templates in Excel based on solicitation details.

+ Contribute to cost narratives and pricing models for federal proposals.

+ Support all aspects of the cost volume, including modeling and documentation.

+ Participate in internal proposal reviews to align pricing with technical solutions.

+ Perform other related tasks as needed.

Finance Responsibilities:

+ Create and manage financial plans and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually), including revenue projections, contract budgets, and overhead planning.

+ Perform other related tasks as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or a related field.

+ Over 5 years of experience in federal IT contracting, with a focus on pricing and Price-to-Win strategies.

+ Proven track record in developing multi-million-dollar proposals (FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus).

+ Experience in the ERP, Unanet, would be preferred.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

+ Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication.

+ Skilled in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and cost modeling.

+ Deep understanding of government contracting processes and cost structures (direct/indirect).

+ Effective both independently and in collaborative team settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.07/hr.
