Job Title: Project Coordinator // Sales SupportJob Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Job Coordinator / Sales Admin to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support existing clients and customers, working closely with one dedicated sales representative to ensure seamless service and satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and facilitating communication between various departments.
Responsibilities
+ Support one sales representative and all associated customers.
+ Utilize Excel to track customer orders and transfer data efficiently.
+ Process orders and new items received from customers and the sales team promptly using technology applications and SOPs.
+ Enter information into the estimating system or request product quotes to provide costing for management analysis and pricing.
+ Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
+ Track orders, initiate changes, and expedite per customer or sales requests.
+ Liaise between customers and the facility, including production, design, shipping, and management.
+ Maintain ongoing relationships with selected customers and the sales team.
+ Manage and track customer warehouse products to ensure availability and min/max levels, while managing overruns and underruns.
+ Address customer complaints and questions, seeking aid from sales and management as necessary.
+ Collaborate with other Customer Service Team/Sales Support team members to ensure internal and external customer requirements are satisfied and communicate customer issues within the organization.
+ Generate estimates on product costs for customers and work with the sales team to determine estimate accuracy.
+ Handle approximately 60-70% email correspondence and 30-40% phone calls, typically for customer emergencies.
+ Complete quality checks with the production team to ensure customer approval.
+ Enter approximately 30-40 orders.
Essential Skills
+ 2-5 years of experience in sales administration, high-level customer service, or project coordination.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn CRM or ERP systems.
+ Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ High level of interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and think critically.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to comprehend complex industry language.
+ Experience in a manufacturing company is beneficial to understand the product flow from start to finish.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.
+ Experience in gathering customer needs and acting as a liaison between the inside sales team and manufacturing team to ensure product specifications are met.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
