    Job Title: Escalation Representative

    Job Description

    The Escalation Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails. This role serves as a process expert for callers, ensuring timely and effective assistance. Additionally, the representative will accurately and promptly report all issues to clients, ensuring compliance, and support partnered departments in completing necessary administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle a high volume of calls related to all aspects of the escalation department, including scheduling release and redemption, answering questions, and managing escalations.

    + Report all escalations from third-party service providers to the applicable client, either by email or within the client's system of record, in a timely manner.

    + Obtain all client-required forms

    + Manage lot inventory, including handling redemption releases, transport releases, and follow up with individual agencies to maintain an accurate inventory of units on lot.

    + Prepare analytical repossession reports for clients.

    + Ensure timely and appropriate client communication.

    + Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of experience in client communication skills and/or administration in an office-related industry.

    + Phone experience required, with the ability to answer and complete multiple communication lines.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    + Strong client relations skills.

    + Professional phone demeanor.

    + Excellent verbal communication skills.

    + Efficient and accurate data typing and research capabilities.

    + Ability to type at least 40 WPM.

    + Effective organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to function well as part of a team.

    + Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

    + Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM. The position initially requires working in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while offering the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after onboarding. All necessary equipment, such as phone and computer, will be provided.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
