Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a **Creative Lead** to help bring the Gen Mobile brand to life across print, digital, video, and social platforms. This role will report directly to the Creative Director and will work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to create compelling, high-quality visual assets that align with our brand voice and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop creative assets for print, digital, motion graphics, social media, and packaging that align with brand strategy and campaign goals
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver high-quality creative that supports business objectives and maintains brand consistency
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
+ Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign development by bringing fresh, innovative ideas informed by current creative trends and industry best practices
+ Provide occasional support to junior freelance designers or external vendors as needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
+ 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, and motion graphics
+ Experience in consumer marketing or agency environments preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or similar motion graphics software experience highly preferred
+ Ability to create engaging static and animated assets for print and digital use
+ A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and customer-centric design principles
+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Hive, etc) to manage tasks and deadlines
+ Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across print, digital, and motion
+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
