Security Site Supervisors in the Cinnaminson, NJ area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $25.00/hr - with weekly pay.

The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations at the site, ensuring that all security personnel are performing duties in accordance with post orders and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in a supervisory security role.

Key responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of security officers.

+ Ensure all officers are properly trained and equipped.

+ Maintain and enforce all post orders and standard operating procedures.

+ Conduct site inspections and patrols to monitor safety and compliance.

+ Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies and generate accurate reports.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives.

+ Schedule shifts, approve timecards, and assist with onboarding new officers.

+ Maintain detailed logs and ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

+ Valid NJ SORA security guard license.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security or leadership training a plus.

+ 2+ years of experience in security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

+ Proficient with computers and security systems.

+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

+ Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification.

• Experience with security for trucking and logistics companies.

• Military or law enforcement background.

Schedule:

+ Weekdays (All shifts)

+ Weekends (All shifts)

A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Shift lead will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders/SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives
