    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    As our Director Nursing Telemetry at St. Bernardine Medical Center you will be responsible for our Telemetry services, directing the operations, working with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and working with other department Directors, Managers, and Tele staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care and patient experience.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.

    + Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.

    + Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.

    Required Licensure:

    + Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

    Pay Range

    $68.76 - $99.70 /hour
