    Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/locations/northridge-specialty-care) is seeking a **Board-Certified FM Physician** to join our established outpatient primary care practice in **Northridge, CA** . This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking to work in a collaborative, mission-driven setting that emphasizes long-term patient relationships and quality care.

    Opportunity Highlights:

    + Full-time outpatient **Family Medicine Physician** position

    + Join a collaborative and experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers

    + Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance

    + Salary Range: **$250,000 - 290,000 annually + productivity incentives**

    Qualifications

    + MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in **Family Medicine**

    + Active **California medical license** (or ability to obtain)

    + DEA certification

    + Passion for **primary care** with experience in **preventive medicine** and chronic disease management and minor office procedures

    + Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

    Pay Range

    $129.81 - $139.42 /hour
