**Dignity Health Medical Group – Merced** is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible **Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician** to join our growing multispecialty group in **Merced, CA** . What We Offer:

+ Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance

+ **Salary Range:** $475,000–$500,000 annually + productivity incentives

+ **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $40k

+ **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $20k

Qualifications

+ MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology

+ Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration

+ Interest or experience in program leadership and development preferred

+ Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community

Pay Range

$228.00 - $240.00 /hour
