Food Service Worker Lead – Food & Nutrition Services

**Work location:** Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
**Work hours:** Full-Time, 40 hours/week – 7:15am-8:45pm 3 days a week with rotating weekends

Here’s What You Need
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 2 years of relevant experience in food service required
• FHC - Food Handlers Certificate within 30 Days required
What You Will Do
• Leads staff in daily activities and works with them as needed, assigns, and checks work and maintains workflow. In the absence of the Supervisor or Manager, leads team in designated areas.
• Assists with training staff, including the coordination of required in-services.
• Maintains food safety requirements according to HACCP and health department standards of all duties.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area, ensuring compliance with health department and facility requirements.
