    What are your contributions to the team?

     

    + Adheres to General Work Requirements

    + Assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production

    + Assists with drafting the necessary working and repair documents

    + Learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)

    + Assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity, as well as creating task sequency and capacity analysis

    + Assists with analyzing requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)

    + Assists Methods Planners with tool designs

    + Directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)

     

    How to thrive in this role?

     

    + You typically have 0-2 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area

    + You have basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5

    + You have basic knowledge of Project Management principles

    + You have the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications

    + You have manufacturing background (preferred)

    + You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
