    Job Title: Lead Multi Craft Technician - Industrial CNC Maintenance

     

    Pay

     

    $37hr-$42hr + 10% Shift Differential

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Multi Craft Technician to work in an industrial environment overseeing all aspects of maintenance including Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, PLCs, and general facilities maintenance. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all components of machinery, perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) regularly, and handle special projects and reactive maintenance. This position also requires performing facilities maintenance such as plumbing and lighting. The role is on the overnight shift and requires leadership experience as you will be the leader of a small maintenance team.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all aspects of maintenance including Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, PLCs, and general facilities maintenance.

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all components of machinery.

    + Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) regularly.

    + Handle special projects and reactive maintenance.

    + Conduct facilities maintenance such as plumbing and lighting.

    + Lead and manage a small maintenance team on the overnight shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, and Robotics troubleshooting.

    + Understanding of robotics, PLC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance in that prioritized order.

    + Leadership experience in a maintenance team.

    + Ability to repair and maintain various machinery components.

    + Experience in electrical maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with MULTUS and OKUMA CNC Machine Maintenance preferred.

    + Experience with Siemens PLCs is a plus.

    + Ability to understand and work with the person PLCs.

    + Experience in editing PLCs is beneficial but not required.
