Job Title: Market Sector Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Market Sector Leader to join our team, specializing in Revit-based architectural projects within the corporate commercial sector. This role involves client-facing activities, business development, and project management. The successful candidate will be working on various commercial projects using Revit, must hold an architectural license, and preferably have a book of business.

Responsibilities:

+ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.

+ Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate commercial sector.

+ Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

+ Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Essential Skills:

+ Proficiency in Revit and Architecture.

+ Strong client-facing and business development skills.

+ Extensive experience in project management.

+ Knowledge of industry standards and code compliance.

+ 10+ years of experience in commercial project management.

+ Architectural license required.

+ Preferably have a book of business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience as an architect.

+ Ability to work effectively with a small team.

+ Flexibility to wear multiple hats and adapt to fast-tracked projects.

+ Strong leadership and project management skills.

Work Environment:

This role offers a supportive work environment within a team of 28+ professionals, located in Eden Prairie. The company values mentorship and development. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $50.00/hr.
