    Are you a skilled welder with an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship? From blueprints to finished parts, your work will be essential in delivering strength, precision, and reliability.

     

    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate welding equipment to hand weld steel and galvanized metal.

    + Adjust machines to maintain weld quality with minimal smoke or splatter.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, symbols, and specifications.

    + Weld without fixtures using tools like tape measures, clamps, and protractors.

    + Deliver clean, consistent welds with minimal rework.

    + Communicate production issues clearly and professionally.

    + Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.

    + Take on additional duties as needed to support production flow.

    •** **What You Bring

    + MIG welding experience required; TIG, stick, and flux core a plus.

    + Proficiency in welding galvanized steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

    + Ability to read tape measures (fractions and decimals) and blueprints.

    + Experience with structural and sheet metal welding.

    + Strong math skills and the ability to work independently.

    + **1st Shift** : Standard day shift

    + **2nd Shift** : +\$1.00/hour shift differential

    + **3rd Shift** : +\$2.00/hour shift differential

    + _Shifts are 8–10 hours depending on production needs._

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $24.45/hr.
