Electrical Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical installations and maintenance projects in residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in working with electrical systems, exhibit proven leadership qualities, and have the ability to coordinate teams of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on-site.
+ Interpret and implement electrical blueprints and schematics.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
+ Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
+ Conduct quality control inspections of electrical work.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
+ Train and mentor junior electricians.
+ Order and manage inventory of electrical supplies.
+ Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical systems and conduit bending.
+ Experience with electrical blueprints, construction, and installation.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues.
+ Experience with switchgear and schematics.
+ Competence in pulling wire and cable installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Wireman's license.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily outdoors in a construction setting. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a crew size of two people.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harker Heights, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
