Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing project life cycles. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while working in a collaborative environment that focuses on innovation in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities
+ Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management for project life cycles.
+ Understand scope and contract requirements, and set priorities for the project team.
+ Lead cost and schedule tracking and projections, establish communication plans, and manage task schedules.
+ Identify process improvements for project execution and support the documentation of lessons learned.
+ Administer project change control, monitor team performance, and manage resource allocations.
+ Collaborate with project managers and teams to organize MS Project files.
+ Utilize MS Project and Teams to calculate earned value and budgeted versus actual spending curves.
+ Collect information on task status and update the status in project management tools.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in project coordination and management.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
+ Experience with MS Project and MS Teams.
+ Ability to handle administrative support and document control.
+ Capability to schedule meetings and coordinate project tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
+ Experience in project management and organizing teams.
+ Proficiency in process development for administrative tasks and task management.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting within an innovative research facility. You will gain valuable industry experience working on projects in the oil and gas sector, providing you with insights into the full project life cycle.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
