We are seeking a Business Analyst to act as a key liaison between the Real Estate team and Technology, ensuring effective communication and process optimization.

This is a 100% onsite role in Omaha, NE.

If non-local, you must be willing to relocate and be onsite from Day 1.

We are open to candidates requiring sponsorship but cannot consider C2C arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the real estate team to understand their needs and requirements.

Analyze and document change requests to ensure clarity and feasibility.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.

Develop and optimize system processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

Write oracle SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.

Create detailed business requirement documents and business request tickets.

test system changes to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as intended.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably within a technical support or it environment.

Proficiency in writing oracle SQL queries.

Strong documentation skills, with the ability to capture and communicate requirements clearly.

Understanding of system workflows and the ability to develop new processes.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with infrastructure and processes related to rail systems.

Experience in the real estate or financial industry or related fields.

Familiarity with various it systems and technology solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
