Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure your success as a Forklift Operator. You will be responsible for handling materials and products with precision and care, contributing to the efficiency of our production line.
Responsibilities
+ Gather and move materials to and from the production line.
+ Ensure the quality of finished products.
+ Continuously train and understand the manufacturing process.
+ Monitor machine operations effectively.
Essential Skills
+ Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
+ Proven experience with 2nd or 3rd shift operations.
+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
+ High School Diploma.
+ Forklift experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working off a work order.
+ Experience in any type of industrial environment.
+ Shipping experience.

Work Environment
Join our team on the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Monday through Friday) with a shift differential of $1.40, or the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (Monday through Friday) with a shift differential of $2.00. Our work environment is dynamic and collaborative, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to excel in your role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $20.44/hr.
