    Summary:

    This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!Duties & Responsibilities:

     

    + Handles assigned daily work queues that consist of collector requests.

    + Handles Accounts that are delinquent before it gets referred to foreclosure.

    + Mails letters based on investor and state requirements/ Issues delinquency letters to specific states

    + Reviews delinquent loans that are eligible for foreclosure.

    + Processes delinquent accounts ready for foreclosure.

    + Posts partial mortgage payments based on suspense policies and guidelines.

    + Reviews reports to determine what accounts need loss mitigation solicitations based on regulatory requirements.

    + Reviews exception reporting to determine any process gaps.

    + Processes collections activity requests based on investor guidelines.

    + Position will cross-train to other products

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + 1-3 years of work experience in a processing type function.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required.

    + Knowledge of Mortgage Collections Systems

    + Knowledge of Real-Estate Collections.

    + Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented

    + Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up

    + Ability to multi-task

    + PC and internet proficiency
