Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic maintenance team to perform equipment installations and repairs throughout the facility. This role emphasizes construction maintenance, requiring collaboration with team members to ensure the seamless operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with the maintenance team to install and repair equipment across the facility.

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including work with 480v systems.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.

+ Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and three-phase motors.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.

+ Proficient in electrical maintenance and repair.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical systems.

+ Knowledge of 480v electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and three-phase motor maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a construction maintenance environment.

Work Environment

The role requires working both inside and outside the facility in a non-climate controlled environment. The shift is second (4:15 PM - 2:45 AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
