Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling cable and wire harnesses using assembly sheets, drawings, and verbal instructions. This role involves attaching ends of wires to components, plugs, and connectors using a soldering iron or crimping device.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to assembly sheets, drawings, and verbal instructions.
+ Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, and connectors using a soldering iron or crimping device.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 1 year of soldering experience.
+ At least 2 years of assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in using a soldering iron.
+ Ability to read blueprints.

Work Environment
Work a shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during the week. Join a family-built company with a small, family-oriented culture, where you can listen to headphones while working after training is completed for specific builds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
