Are you an experienced **Millwright Foreman** or **Millwright Helper** looking for a **hands-on role in grain handling and storage equipment** ? We are currently hiring **skilled Millwright professionals** to join our team.

Millwright Foreman Responsibilities:

• **Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-5 millwrights** on installation and maintenance projects.

• **Install and maintain grain handling and storage equipment** , including bucket elevators, conveyors, augers, spouting, storage bins, and tanks.

•️ **Perform stick welding in the field** to ensure structural integrity.

• **Work on commercial agricultural buildings** , including new construction, remodels, expansions, and repairs.

Millwright Helper Responsibilities:

• **Assist with installation and maintenance** of grain handling and storage equipment.

• **Support welding, assembly, and structural work** under the guidance of experienced millwrights.

• **Load and unload materials** and ensure job site organization.

•️ **Follow safety protocols** and maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

•️ **Millwright Foreman:** 2-3 years of experience in either grain handling, equipment installation, stick welding, or maintenance.

•️ **Millwright Helpers:** Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn - looking for at least 2 years of experience.

•️ **Ability to lift 50-75 lbs** and work at heights.

•️ **Experience with construction, installation, and mechanical systems** .

•️ **Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding** (preferred for Foreman role).

Work Environment:

• **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40-50 hours/week)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
