    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the operation of a corrugated box plant. This role involves performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery, including conveyors, die cutters, corrugating machines, packaging machines, and converting machines.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the facility.

    + Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant machinery.

    + Troubleshoot and repair issues with conveyors, die cutters, and other equipment.

    + Work with AC/DC drives, control wiring, schematics, and PLCs.

    + Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous maintenance experience in an industrial environment.

    + Experience with electrical systems, particularly 480v.

    + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + PLC troubleshooting skills are preferred.

    + Understanding of preventive maintenance techniques.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility offers a relatively clean but sometimes dusty environment. It is not climate controlled, requiring comfort in warm and cool conditions. The plant is a union facility, with membership required after a 60-day probationary period. The machinery is modern, with the latest upgrades completed in 2015.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Middletown, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $53789.00 - $53789.00/yr.
