    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Technician, where you will be involved in prepping and pouring concrete across commercial, agricultural, and residential settings. You will perform general construction labor from the beginning to the end of projects. This role requires an ability to quickly learn and assist in all aspects of the project while operating various construction and concrete tools and handling materials. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!

    Responsibilities

    + Prep and pour concrete in various settings.

    + Perform general construction labor throughout project phases.

    + Quickly learn and assist in all facets of the project.

    + Operate various construction and concrete tools.

    + Handle materials, including lifting, carrying, or pulling up to 50 pounds.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Pre-hire drug screen

    + Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions

    + Flexibility in assignments

    + Dedicated and reliable work ethic

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Ability to perform basic arithmetic

    Work Environment

     

    Work hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work that is rare. Our teams consist of 4 crews with 4 laborers each, totaling 16-20 field employees. The environment is led by foremen who are experienced construction workers, so candidates should be prepared to work in an old-school setting where resilience is valued.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
