Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Engage in thorough publication review, contributing insights and expertise to enhance the quality of research literature.
+ Create peer-reviewed publications that showcase our division's research and findings.
+ Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of clinical databases and patient electronic health records (EHR).
+ Assist in the execution of clinical trials, supporting various aspects of trial management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
+ Contribute to the development and refinement of research protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ MD is required
+ Published in high impact and prestigious journals, such as Lancet, Annals of Surgery, and European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
+ Experience participating in RCTs
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Strata and/or Redcap
+ Statistics experience
+ Prior research experience related to vascular surgery
+ Training in vascular surgical procedures
+ Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and working collaboratively and effectively with other members of a research team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Exceptional problem-solving proficiency
+ Exemplary planning and organizational expertise
+ Computer proficiency

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in supporting the advancement of research within the Division of Vascular Surgery. The Visiting Researcher will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of various research initiatives within our portfolio. There will be no direct patient care or contact.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $40,000 to $45,000The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
