We are seeking highly motivated Roofing Consultants to join our growing CAT team. These are full-time positions and we offer paid training, competitive benefits and an extremely competitive commission-based compensation with our top producers earning OVER six figures!

Our ideal candidate can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Generate and qualify opportunities

+ Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM

+ Source and develop client referrals

+ Prepare sales action plans and strategies

+ Maintain customer database

+ Make sales calls to new and existing clients

+ Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

+ Negotiate with clients

+ Develop sales proposals

+ Prepare and present sales contracts

+ Attend company trainings

+ Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person

+ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

+ Follow up on sales activity

+ Perform quality checks on product and service delivery

+ Participate in sales events

+ Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

+ Ability to travel as needed to support our Catastrophe Action Team in storm impacted cities
