Description

+ Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.

+ Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.

+ Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.

+ Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.

+ Monitor video feeds.

+ Document events accurately for records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Call center experience preferred.

+ Previous customer service experience required.

+ Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy.

+ People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.

+ Adaptable/Flexible: Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.

+ Detail-oriented: Prefers focusing on the details of work rather than the bigger picture.

Schedule

+ Requires 7 days/week and holiday availability.

+ Full time position only

Shift Options

+ 6am-2:30pm

+ 8am-4:30pm

+ 2pm-10:30pm

+ 10pm-6:30am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
