    Description

    Play a key role in Credit Card Services to achieve SLAs, provide frontline support and achieve department goals. Provide excellent service for employees and maintain high quality standards.

     

    -Processing one specific in office item, the main task they are handling is specific to credit cards. It is cash advances to credit cards.

    -Once they master the credit card/cash advance specific task, they will learn the other job duties and handle more (details below):

    -Processing loan and credit card payments (60% of day).

     

    -Miscellaneous credit card adjustments (statement requests, rewards, credit lines - 20% of day).

     

    -Provide back up support for other Card Department Specialists to ensure credit card process are completed in a timely manner. (20% of day).

     

    -Work closely with Business Partners and Credit Card Management to assure all issues with the cards program are resolved and assure compliance with regulations.

     

    -Recommend and implement changes to the credit card procedures in Akcelerant/PSCU to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.

     

    -Be the main contact for the frontlines for all credit card related questions.

     

    -Responsible for completing operational requests from the frontline.

    Hours:

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

     

    Skills & Qualifications

    -2+ years of work experience (office administrative/customer service)

    -Must have experience utilizing multiple computer systems (ask the question what did you navigate on a daily basis? Email, phone answering system and outside of this - for example BCU has a lot)

     

    -Computer skills

     

    -MS office programs

     

    - HS diploma

     

    NICE TO HAVEs

    -college education

    -MS outlook

    -Banking experience, 1+ year of Teller experience (because then they have experience working on the transactional level). OR financial operations experience

    SOFT SKILLS

    -Utilize very systems and be able to move around them and multi-task.

     

    -Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.

     

    -Must have the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple activities.

     

    -The ability to complete tasks by following general guidelines and policies is essential.

     

    -The individual should be able to identify errors or faults in process and recommend or implement solutions.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
