Training Support - Management Analyst

First Division Consulting is seeking a Training Support – Management Analyst to provide on-site program and training support to the MAGTF Command and Control (C2) Aviation Command and Control (AC2) portfolio. This role delivers critical analysis of program data and design changes, with a focus on enabling effective oversight of training products, schedules, and system fielding efforts.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct program-level analysis to assess and interpret design changes, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and emerging efforts associated with MAGTF C2 AC2 training products.
+ Provide analytical input aligned with CDRL B005 to support data-driven decision-making.
+ Recommend documentation approaches and schedule strategies to align with key program milestones.
+ Draft and contribute to technical reports and deliverables that support oversight of fielding and training events.
+ Support financial tracking and reporting tasks, including the development and modification of Excel-based tools.
+ Provide program management support in accordance with FAR procedures and DoD acquisition policies.
+ Collaborate with program stakeholders and leadership to meet evolving reporting and technical documentation requirements.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing program management support within Department of Defense programs of record.
+ Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze technical data and training product updates.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
+ Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes and reporting requirements.
+ Current active Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience supporting MAGTF, AC2, or related USMC/DoD training and acquisition programs.
+ Familiarity with technical reporting formats and CDRL compliance.
+ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment supporting rapid acquisition and training timelines.
Physical Requirements:
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
+ Light to moderate lifting may be required.
+ Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
