    About the Role

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to serve as a vital link between our clients and internal call center teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Professionally correspond with clients via phone, email, and fax

    + Analyze and manage client accounts to resolve balance discrepancies

    + Perform data entry, post payments, and process adjustments

    + Request and review itemized bills from clients

    + Verify insurance eligibility and inspect bankruptcy notifications

    + Research and retrieve information from client portals

    + Generate and deliver client-specific reports

    + Provide administrative support to call center staff

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative roles

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

    + Proficiency with 10-key data entry

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
