    Interview Process: Two rounds, including a writing sample exercise

    Work Schedule & Environment

    + Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (local time)

    + Hybrid work model: 2–3 days remote, remaining days onsite at the Plano office.

    About the Opportunity

    We are a leading third-party recruiting partner supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed health-tech company that’s transforming the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) space. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic talent acquisition team during a critical hiring season.

     

    This is a hybrid contract role based in Plano, TX, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

    What You’ll Do

    + Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.

    + Greet and host candidates during in-person interviews at the Plano office.

    + Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including job postings, interview kits, and templates.

    + Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely communication and follow-up.

    + Support interviewer onboarding and training to promote consistency and fairness in the hiring process.

    + Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and enhance the candidate experience.

    + Represent the employer brand with professionalism and care in every interaction.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

    + Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus).

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
