We are looking for:

+ Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team as a Marketing Analyst within the Oil & Gas Solutions Global Business Unit (GBU). We are seeking a passionate individual who is eager to contribute to the development and deployment of long-term marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with our GBU priorities. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our market presence and ensuring sustainable competitive advantage.

We count on you for:

• Long and short term market analysis: develop a granular understanding of trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, summarizing key findings and making strategic recommendations

+ Business forecasting: Working with teams to develop market & business forecasts based on market growth and GBU initiatives

+ Market Intelligence: Sourcing and vetting market intelligence, becoming a key user for intelligence tools

+ Other strategic support: Commercial analysis, Go-to-market plans, special projects related to M&A

You will bring:

+ Education & Experience: A university degree in business or a related field, with 5-10 years of marketing experience.

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation.

+ Desired Behaviors: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will get:

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• The base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position will be $108,000 to $135,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

• Three weeks of paid vacation

• 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
