    Summary: The Medical Practice Supervisor is a key team member in a CCMA Physician Practice Region supporting multiple locations. Under the leadership of the Regional Practice Manager provides onsite day to day operational support in a manner that supports exceptional patient care and promotes financial stability. The Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all practice needs are met by collaborating with practice staff. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred. Experience: Two to Four years of relevant work experience as a lead/supervisor in a medical/physician's office required.

     

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

     

    Knowledge of basic software applications to include Electronic Health Record management.

     

    • Knowledge working with Athena and experience with Meditech

    • Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations.

    • Ability to lead multiple staff/disciplines; minimum 10 FTE’s

    • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision.

    • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

    • Ability to organize and communicate clearly.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
