Job Title: Talent Operations Specialist
Department: People & Operations
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Talent Operations Specialist to join our internal team at a fast-paced construction staffing firm. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind recruiting and onboarding top-performing sales professionals and recruiters, while also supporting executive leadership and ensuring smooth people operations. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.
Base Salary depending on experience - ($50,000-$65,000)
Hiring Bonuses based on volume of hires, retention, and training of new hires - year one target ($10,000 - $25,000)
Year one on target earnings - ($70,000 - $85,000)

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
+ Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for internal sales and recruiting roles.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
+ Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless start.
+ Scheduling and running trainings for each of the departments in the company.
Executive & Operational Support
+ Provide administrative support to the executive team, including travel planning, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
+ Work directly with the COO on company growth initiatives and internal process improvements.
+ Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and labor policy documentation.
People Operations & Culture
+ Maintain employee records and manage updates in the HRIS system.
+ Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
+ Plan and coordinate team-building events and internal culture initiatives.
+ Build out and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and development.
Qualifications
+ 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or executive support—ideally in staffing, construction, or sales-driven environments.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
+ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Nice to Have
+ Experience supporting sales or recruiting teams.
+ Knowledge of labor laws and staffing industry compliance.
+ A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
