    As a Global DOI Communications Manager Vice President , you will spearhead communications for the Office of Women's Affairs and the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, both Centers of Excellence within JPMorganChase's Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion organization. You will bring our Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion (DOI) stories to life for internal and key, external audiences and provide clear language that communicates the firm's DOI work and accomplishments. You will manage both internal and external communications, managing executive communications for the Heads of the two Centers of Excellence and working with colleagues across the firm. You will work in a fast-paced environment interfacing with dynamic teams and senior executives across the firm and external partners and stakeholders.

    Job responsibilities:

    + Manage internal and external communications processes and editorial in support of the firm's Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion work, partnering with Communications team members and key senior executives and stakeholders to execute on communications strategies; and lead consensus and review processes across various business units for company's communications goals.

    + Develop integrated storytelling to support and elevate the voice and work of JPMorganChase's DOI work with an eye towards an inclusive lens from a geographic, Line of Business and Center of Excellence perspective, and a keen understanding of the nuances of the landscape and segments.

    + Collaborate with the communications team and internal stakeholders to generate new ideas and continuously evolve messaging, channels and platforms in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a focus on crisis and risk management and reputation.

    + Lead media outreach and manage high-profile announcements and initiatives, while supporting the development of messages, materials, executive talking points and data sourcing for events; track and report key performance metrics for the DOI communications team.

    + Write, edit and maintain quality of content, including articles, videos, digital messaging, etc. Operate using multiple digital platforms and tools, including the firm's intranet, SharePoint, Microsoft teams, etc.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    + 7+ years in communications at a global corporation or equivalent experience.

    + A self-starter with a holistic understanding of corporate communications, demonstrating leadership, results-oriented communications, and end-to-end project management, while also being a flexible team player with sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to advance independently and collaboratively to achieve DOI communication goals.

    + Critical thinking and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with proven ability to thoroughly and concisely advise on communications strategies, build relationships with internal and external audiences and effectively manage a company's reputation.

    + Proven track record in successfully managing internal and external communications at a global company, with experience in collaborating across cultures and understanding the evolving DOI/DEI landscape.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

    + Media relations and internal communications experience

    + Experience in corporate DOI communications, financial service, reputation management and crisis communications

    + Strong writing and storytelling skills in internal communications, media relations and thought leadership. Direct experience and subject-matter expertise in specified segments.
