What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Lead Design Initiatives:

+ Drive the design process, ensuring high standardsof design quality and consistency across all projects.

+ Build Strong Relationships:Establishand maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including other product designers, product managers, and engineers.

+ Contribute to the Authoring Design System:

+ Develop and refine UI components and UX patterns that are reusable and address a wide range of use cases.

+ Leverage Emerging Technologies:

+ Utilizecutting-edgetechnologies, including generative AI, to enhance client success, automate tedious tasks,optimizedevelopment processes, and foster innovation.

+ Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

+ Work closely with UX research and client success teams to ensure that solutions meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Who You Are:

+ 7+ years of experience as a product (UX or interaction) designer in enterprise software.

+  Proficient in industry-standard design tools

+ An effective collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and client success, to align on goals and drive project success.

+ An interaction designer with a strong focus on accessibility and information architecture.

What You've Accomplished:

+ Successfully led design projects for B2B solutions from concept to completion, delivering innovative and user-centric designs that have positively impacted business outcomes.

+ Applied user research and usability testing insights to inform design decisions, resulting in improved user satisfaction and product performance.

+ Designed and contributed to design systems, creating reusable UI components and UX patterns that enhance efficiency and consistency.

+ Mentored junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
